The founders of this POWER SURF-A-BILLY quartet are Erwin Dillen and upright bassplayer Steven Wynen, who put the band together in 1995. The music can be described as a mix of tough Rock'n'roll, 60's Trash, Neo-surf, punk, western and more of this. You'll also find songs on this album whick got inspired by : ska, flamenco, jazz,etc...no wonder that this album is one of the Classics in the Belgian Instro scene! Lots of magazines describe the music on DEVIL'S DESERT as a cross from Link Wray and Reverend Horton Heat, now today a lot of bands get their inspiration from this album !!!
